This privacy policy describes how LINEHAUL TRUCKING LLC d/b/a linehaul.ai (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use linehaul.ai (the “Site”).

This policy applies to this Site only. It does not replace or modify the Broker–Carrier Agreement (BCA) or any FMCSA/DOT-related broker–carrier contract, packet, or onboarding you complete when you sign up as a carrier through our linked onboarding flow. Those documents govern that relationship and any information collected there; this policy is separate from those terms.

• Information you submit — such as name, email, or messages you send through forms on the Site (for example, contact or load-tracking requests).
• Technical and usage data — typical of websites, such as IP address, browser type, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, and referring pages.

We use this information to operate and improve the Site, respond to inquiries, maintain security, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The “Carrier signup” link on the Site takes you to a third-party carrier onboarding and compliance platform. Information you provide there is collected and processed under that provider’s terms and privacy practices, not under this policy alone. We encourage you to read their notices before submitting information.

We may share information with service providers that help us host and run the Site. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date when we do.
